Crazy to think about for those of us who have fought for it for years. Now we have a new problem. See the substance abuse counselor on your left, the one on your right, the one in front of you, and the one behind you? Next year one of them will have left the field. Not moved to another job in the field, but left entirely. Gone. This is a national statistic of course. In Amarillo this poses a unique issue.
