Ever hear of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder?  More commonly called FASD.  The word alcohol is a little misleading.  In the wide range of available drugs out there more than just alcohol causes issues with unborn children.  Please remember there is a certain ratio of children born with FASD symptoms to parents without use histories.  However, these symptoms appear in significantly higher percentages of children born to parents with use disorders.  What are the symptoms?  Where is the newest research looking?  Don’t take my word for it:
